Custom-made and engraved jewellery is personalised specifically for you. Orders for custom or engraved jewellery cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Floral Jewellery is not responsible for errors made by the customer in spelling, initials, dates, sizing, or design details provided at the time of order. Minor variations in engraving depth, font style, or placement are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
